Membership & weekly-session terms
1. Your BDG account
These membership and weekly-session terms are provided by BDG SPORT ENTERPRISE. Joining is free: creating an account, browsing, or joining a waiting list does not create a session charge or confirm a place. Your account also works on bdg.events; each tournament’s published rules and payment terms apply separately. Keep your details accurate and connect only your own participation history.
2. Confirmed bookings and payment
Before confirming a session, check its date, time, venue, requirements, exact fee and payment instructions with the assigned host. Only a confirmed booking creates an obligation to pay the agreed session fee. Pay by 11:59 PM Malaysia time on the calendar day after the session ends, unless a different arrangement is expressly agreed with BDG. Keep your payment reference and evidence. A later fee change requires your agreement.
3. Cancellation and no-shows
Notify the host at least 24 hours before FunPlay or 48 hours before training to cancel without a session fee. For a later cancellation or no-show, the full agreed fee remains payable unless the host confirms your place was filled. Replacements must meet the session requirements and be accepted by the host. BDG will not collect two session fees for the same replaced place. Contact the host promptly about emergencies or a payment already made.
4. Late-payment penalty — read before booking
If any agreed session fee remains unpaid after the next-day deadline, BDG’s stated policy is a one-time late-payment penalty equal to 50% of that session’s agreed fee, in addition to the outstanding fee. For example, a fully unpaid RM20 session would have a RM10 penalty and a RM30 total. This is not daily interest, does not compound and cannot be charged repeatedly for the same booking. Any penalty remains subject to applicable Malaysian law, including requirements of fairness and proportionality, and may be reduced or disallowed where the law requires. It is not an automatic debit. This new policy applies only to future bookings made after acceptance and disclosure; it does not add a penalty to earlier bookings.
5. Reminders, demands and disputes
BDG may send payment reminders and a letter of demand identifying the session, agreed fee, due date, any claimed penalty and payment instructions. If you already paid, dispute an amount or experienced an emergency, contact BDG promptly with evidence for review before recovery action. No interest is charged under these terms. No arbitrary collection costs, public naming or disclosure of private identity details are authorised. Any court costs or other recovery charges are payable only where lawfully recoverable or ordered. PAP, reviews and playing level are not debt-collection penalties.
6. Safety, conduct and changes
Follow host instructions and venue rules, use suitable footwear and participate only when fit to do so. Volleyball involves ordinary risks such as falls, collision and ball impact. Respect other participants; reviews must concern genuine shared attendance and must not include harassment or private identity/contact details. Contact the host if BDG cancels or materially changes a session to resolve your booking and payment. Nothing here excludes liability for negligence or removes statutory consumer remedies.
7. Recorded sessions and media consent
BDG sessions may capture identifiable images, voices and participation in photographs and audio/video. Agreement to the separate Recording Notice is a condition of joining a recorded session. It covers documentation, coaching review, community coverage and BDG session promotion on BDG websites, YouTube and official social channels, including livestreams, replays, edited clips and potentially monetised videos. Contact BDG before booking if you cannot agree; an unrecorded alternative is not guaranteed. Unrelated endorsements and materially different uses need separate agreement. Your data-protection rights remain in place.
8. Under-18 participants and future changes
An under-18 participant must involve a parent or legal guardian and contact BDG before booking or supplying further personal details. A minor’s checkbox is not proof of guardian permission or an enforceable debt. BDG must obtain the relevant permission separately. New material terms must be shown and accepted prospectively; they do not silently change previous bookings.
9. Acceptance and contact
Choose the unticked membership, privacy and recording choices yourself. BDG records the accepted policy version, choices and time against your authenticated account; signup acceptance does not itself create a booking, debt or payment mandate. Controller, information and sources
BDG SPORT ENTERPRISE is the data controller for this member service and weekly sessions. We collect your email and authentication information to create and secure your account. You later provide your full name, nickname, WhatsApp number, NRIC/passport number, highest competition level and profile photo. We also process consent receipts, bookings, payments, attendance, connected tournament history, reviews and host assessments. Information comes from you, your sign-in provider, BDG’s existing participation records, assigned hosts and eligible fellow attendees. Recorded sessions may capture your identifiable image, voice and participation.
Purposes and choices
We use information for account access across bdgsport.com and bdg.events, your own history matching, session administration, payment reminders/disputes, participation records, player feedback, safety and support. Email/password or Google sign-in is needed for an account; personal details can be completed later but are required for profile completion, history connection and member reservations. Written review comments are optional. Missing information needed for a feature prevents that feature. Browsing public sessions and tournaments remains available without membership. These choices do not authorise unrelated advertising or sale of your identity/contact details.
Who can receive it
Authorised BDG staff, assigned hosts and technical providers receive information needed for their tasks. Providers include authentication, hosting/storage, communications and payment services used by BDG. Eligible fellow attendees see limited review-related player information. Full NRIC/passport numbers, private contact details and payment evidence are not intended for public display. Professional advisers or authorities may receive information where needed for a lawful dispute or legal duty. Public recordings are accessible to viewers of the listed channels.
Recording Notice — specific uses
With your separate recording consent, photographs and audio/video may document sessions, support coaching review, cover the BDG community and promote BDG sessions on BDG websites, YouTube and official social channels. This includes live broadcasts, replays, edited clips and potentially monetised videos. Viewers outside Malaysia may watch, download or share public footage. This is not consent to unrelated endorsements or materially different purposes. Before a recorded-session booking, contact BDG if you cannot agree. An unrecorded alternative is not guaranteed; a private account does not make public footage private. Guardian permission for a minor must be arranged separately.
Rights, retention and transfers
Contact WhatsApp +60 12-634 3800 to request access, correction, limits on processing, withdrawal of consent for future processing, or to make a privacy complaint. BDG will review your request, explain any applicable legal limits and the effect on the relevant feature or future recorded participation. Copies already shared by third parties cannot always be recalled. We retain information only as needed for the stated purposes, legitimate records/disputes and applicable legal duties, and review continued publication of footage. Technical providers and public platforms may process data outside Malaysia; BDG must apply applicable security and transfer safeguards. This notice and your choices do not waive PDPA or consumer rights.

Anda boleh memberikan nama penuh, nama panggilan, nombor WhatsApp, nombor NRIC/pasport, tahap pertandingan tertinggi dan foto profil kemudian. Kami turut memproses rekod persetujuan, tempahan, bayaran, kehadiran, sejarah kejohanan yang dipadankan, ulasan dan penilaian hos. Maklumat diperoleh daripada anda, penyedia log masuk, rekod penyertaan BDG, hos yang ditugaskan dan rakan peserta yang layak. Sesi yang dirakam mungkin merakam imej, suara dan penyertaan anda yang boleh dikenal pasti.
Tujuan dan pilihan
Maklumat digunakan bagi akses akaun di bdgsport.com dan bdg.events, pemadanan sejarah anda sendiri, pengurusan sesi, peringatan atau pertikaian bayaran, rekod penyertaan, maklum balas pemain, keselamatan dan bantuan. E-mel/kata laluan atau log masuk Google diperlukan untuk akaun. Butiran peribadi boleh dilengkapkan kemudian tetapi diperlukan untuk melengkapkan profil, memadankan sejarah dan menempah slot ahli. Komen ulasan bertulis adalah pilihan. Jika maklumat yang diperlukan tidak diberikan, ciri berkenaan tidak dapat disediakan. Sesi dan kejohanan awam masih boleh dilihat tanpa menjadi ahli. Pilihan ini bukan kebenaran untuk pengiklanan tidak berkaitan atau penjualan butiran pengenalan/hubungan anda.
Pihak yang boleh menerima maklumat
Kakitangan BDG yang diberi kuasa, hos yang ditugaskan dan penyedia teknikal menerima maklumat yang diperlukan untuk tugas mereka. Penyedia termasuk perkhidmatan pengesahan, pengehosan/storan, komunikasi dan bayaran yang digunakan oleh BDG. Rakan peserta yang layak melihat maklumat pemain terhad bagi tujuan ulasan. Nombor penuh NRIC/pasport, butiran hubungan peribadi dan bukti bayaran tidak dimaksudkan untuk paparan awam. Penasihat profesional atau pihak berkuasa mungkin menerima maklumat bagi pertikaian yang sah atau kewajipan undang-undang. Rakaman awam boleh dilihat melalui saluran yang dinyatakan.

Dengan persetujuan rakaman berasingan anda, foto dan rakaman audio/video boleh digunakan untuk dokumentasi sesi, semakan latihan, liputan komuniti BDG dan promosi sesi BDG di laman web BDG, YouTube serta saluran media sosial rasmi. Ini termasuk siaran langsung, tayangan semula, klip yang disunting dan video yang mungkin menjana pendapatan. Penonton di luar Malaysia mungkin menonton, memuat turun atau berkongsi rakaman awam. Ini bukan persetujuan bagi sokongan komersial tidak berkaitan atau tujuan yang berbeza secara material. Hubungi BDG sebelum menempah sesi yang dirakam jika anda tidak boleh bersetuju. Sesi tanpa rakaman tidak dijamin; akaun peribadi tidak menjadikan rakaman awam sebagai peribadi. Kebenaran penjaga bagi peserta bawah umur mesti diatur secara berasingan.
Hak, penyimpanan dan pemindahan
Hubungi WhatsApp +60 12-634 3800 bagi permintaan akses, pembetulan, pengehadkan pemprosesan, penarikan balik persetujuan untuk pemprosesan pada masa hadapan atau aduan privasi. BDG akan menyemak permintaan, menerangkan sebarang batasan undang-undang dan kesannya terhadap ciri berkaitan atau penyertaan dalam sesi yang dirakam pada masa hadapan. Salinan yang dikongsi pihak ketiga tidak semestinya boleh ditarik balik. Maklumat disimpan hanya selama diperlukan untuk tujuan yang dinyatakan, rekod/pertikaian yang sah dan kewajipan undang-undang berkenaan, dan penerbitan rakaman yang berterusan akan disemak. Penyedia teknikal dan platform awam mungkin memproses data di luar Malaysia; BDG mesti menggunakan perlindungan keselamatan dan pemindahan yang berkenaan.
