How do I join a session?
Browse Sessions, read the level and joining instructions, then contact the PIC on WhatsApp. Your place is confirmed by the PIC.
Does the website reserve my place?
No. In this first release, browsing a session or opening WhatsApp does not reserve a place.
What does Full mean?
The host has marked the session as full. Contact the PIC if you want to ask about future availability.
What if a session is cancelled?
Check its dated listing for a cancellation notice and host instructions.
Do I need an account?
You do not need an account to browse sessions or contact the PIC. Staff accounts are used to manage listings.
Booking & cancellation
- Register through the session host.
- A waitlist entry is not a confirmed spot.
- FunPlay: at least 24 hours’ cancellation notice.
- Training: at least 48 hours’ cancellation notice.
- Check the latest booking post for confirmed dates, fees, payment instructions and available spots.
- Warm up before play and respect everyone.
Filming reminder
BDG sessions may include identifiable photography, audio/video, livestreams and replays on BDG websites, YouTube and official social channels, including potentially monetised videos.
